Cancellations and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchase at Notifi.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on Cancellations / Refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products/services that you purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to INFOLEAD TECHNOLOGIES LLP, #4-9-762/30, Raja Rajeshwari colony, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad. Pincode: 501505.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods/Services from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Notifi, accessible from https://www.notifi.in

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation / Refunds Terms

 

  1. Normally, we do not offer refunds if you actually change your mind or misjudge our service.
  2. All fees to infolead technologies are Non-refundable for service delays/non-delivery issues associated at the end of the telecommunications provider.
  3. We advise you to test our services before initiating any relationship with us.
  4. If the transaction has been made, we do not give any refund of money at any point or under any circumstance.
  5. It will take 15 to 30 days, but not more than from the date of request received by infolead technologies via e-mail or by regular mail, if infolead technologies agreed to refund money.
  6. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days from the purchase date and we will provide a full refundof your unused credits if the case is genuine. Please note that used credits are not refundable.
  7. Additionally after 14 days there are no refundsfor Credit in your account.
  8. We will reimburse you no later than 45 days from the day on which we receive the request. We will use the same or other means of payment as You used for the Order, and You might incur any fees for such reimbursement.
